Important information

BOOKINGS

Bookings are guaranteed upon receipt of the confirmation deposit (in no case refundable) of the stay by valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard, providing us with the name and surname of the holder, the number and the expiry date). Or by bank transfer to the following banking details:

Arrivals and departures:

• At arrival day the rooms will be available starting from 15.00. For arrivals after 18:00 we appreciate receiving your communication. The rooms must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
  

CANCELLATIONS

• Up to 14 days before the beginning of the stay the confirmatory deposit is retained, recoverable for a subsequent stay within a year (Condition valid only for bookings made directly with our property).

• Starting from 14 days before the beginning of the stay the total amount will be charged.

• In case of late arrival, early departure, no show the total amount of the stay will nonetheless be charged.

PETS

We accept, upon request, small pets (max 6 kg) with a small daily supplement of € 12.00. They are not allowed in communal rooms.
